September 2007 Update

• The Northern Ohio Museum of Aviation is now officially an IRS Tax exempt 501 (c) (3) Museum!  We can now accept your tax deductible donations in support of the museum's mission to educate the public about the importance of Northern Ohio  and its impact on America's aviation industry.

• Check out Cleveland Magazine online and view the "Mike" and "Ike" slideshow.  Also take a look at page 28 of the September issue.  The Howard  Racers are back in the news! www.clevelandmagazine.com

• "Ike" at the Cleveland National Air show.  "Ike" and the N.O.M.A. Crew had a grand time at the Cleveland Air Show this weekend.  Our thanks go out to the Society of Air Race Historians and to the many air show fans who stopped by and visited with us.  Thanks for your support! www.airrace.com

• The N.O.M.A. crew would like to thank Charley Humphrey of Lockhart, TX.  Charley was kind enough to send us a complete copy of the Menasco B-6 Maintenance Manual.  Without this document, we would not be able to overhaul "Ike's' Menasco. Thanks Charley!

• FLYNOMA.ORG  We now have a new website address!  www.goldenageairracers will still direct you to our site, but our new address will be easier to remember.  Tell your friends to FLYNOMA.ORG  

• N.O.M.A. in the News!  Several publications will be featuring articles about N.O.M.A. and the  future of Benny Howard's "Mike" and "Ike" air racers.  Check out the July edition of Pacific Flyer.  Aviation History will feature the Howard Twins in the "Restorations" section in the November issue.
